Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Marketing with Real Estate Company experience to lead the marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. In addition, they will use their knowledge of the real estate industry to create targeted marketing campaigns that reach our target audience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the companys goals and objectives.
  • Lead the marketing team to execute on marketing plans and achieve KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth.
  • Use knowledge of the real estate industry to provide market insights and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor and report on marketing metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to marketing operations.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 plus years of experience in marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and current trends.
  • Experience with digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
