SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelors degree and 20 plus years of relevant work experience or Masters degree (e.g. Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, etc.) plus 15 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience required;Proven record as successful Senior Country Logistics Head. Sound knowledge in logistics procedures, Customs clearances, and 3PL management.Commitment and demonstrated skills to build national staff capacity in the areas of logistics management, supervision and monitoring;Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills;Strong interpersonal, management and leadership skills;Ability to integrate and work well within multi-ethnic and multicultural teams;Strong negotiation skills;Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
