Requirements:-Open to Indian and Arabic nationals-Male, 45 y/o and below-Bachelors degree in culinary or any related course and certifications-Minimum 10 years of experience preferably from a large scale production such as central kitchen-Expertise in International cuisines and in managing the entire central kitchen production-Key skills strong knowledge in P&L, inventory, cost controlling, suppliers, and full kitchen procedures-Excellent communication and team management skills-Keen to details and can work in a fast-paced environment-Immediate joiners will be prioritized-Portfolio is required
