Ensure accurate tracking of all inventory movements, including food and beverage costs, recipe costing, inter-kitchen transfers and employee consumption, with detailed variance analysis and reporting.Oversee daily and monthly reporting of food and beverage costs, including cost of sales, wastage, pilferage and efficiency, while ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with procedures.Conduct regular audits of F&B operations, including purchasing, receiving and preparation processes.
