The ideal candidate should have a Bachelors Degree in Marketing /Sales or an MBA; with a minimum of 15 years of commercial experience in a similar role in FMCG (Food & Beverages), in the region.The person should possess a good personality, with excellent stake holder management skills, interpersonal skills and relationship building skills.He / she should have hands on experience in the HORECA market in the UAE & the GCC and should have good analytical skills, good computer proficiency and expertise in the analysis and development of business plans, performance matrix etc.The candidate should be willing to travel extensively in the GCC and proactively manage multiple projects.Native English speakers will be preferred.
