Position Title: General Manager F&BEmployment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 25K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location: Dubai, UAEAbout the Client: A well-recognized group of companies, based in Dubai with international collaboration and successful track records in diverse industries such as premium brand retail, luxury furniture, high-end fashion brands, hospitality, interior design, general trading and real estate throughout the UAE.Manage and oversee all aspects involved in running multiple restaurants, including food and beverage service, hiring and managing staff, operational tasks and inventory management, tracking metrics and KPIs.Establish and improve standards, policies, and proceduresDevelop, innovate and execute creative food service aligned with company standards, policies, and proceduresOversee budget, P&L, forecasts, and projections, generate reports for Senior ManagementOversee daily operations of all restaurants, screen and lead recruitment hiring for staffManage social media posts for all restaurants and contact bloggers for marketing purposesQualifications:Open to Arabic nationalsMale, 45 years old and belowBachelors degree or any relevant certificateAt least 5 years experience in the same role, with strong background in F&BPreferably handled multiple restaurants and from a well-known group of companies with F&BCandidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
