The ideal candidate will possess:Minimum of 12+ years overall experience, with emphasis on operations in a retail and/or consumer orientated service industry, preferably in multi-outlet food/quick service restaurant environmentExperienced in multi-outlet operations management and business administration with direct responsibility for achievement of business targets that include sales, profit, people management and procedural compliance.Strong coaching & influencing skills that can achieve results through the team in a collaborative fashionProven analytical abilityShould be self- motivated, independent, disciplined with high work ethicsSound negotiating, communication & interpersonal skillsThe ability to formulate, analyse & present data is essentialThe incumbent should have the ability to demonstrate resilience through challenges whilst being assertive.
