We seek an experienced Fleet Supervisor to handle fleet, registration in Dubai, maintenance, and branding as well as other operational needs.Responsibilities:Fleet Management:Supervise fleet of vehicles and equipment.Schedule maintenance, ensuring vehicle availability.Optimize fuel usage and cost-effective management.Dubai Registration & Insurance Compliance:Maintain knowledge of Dubai vehicle registration requirements.Manage vehicle registrations and renewals.Ensure legal compliance.Maintenance Coordination:Collaborate for vehicle upkeep.Minimize downtime through efficient maintenance.Branding Support:Coordinate vehicle branding.Ensure branding standards and approvals are maintainedCost Control:Manage fleet budget efficiently.Identify cost-saving opportunities.Safety and Compliance:Implement safety protocols.Provide driver training.Must-Have Qualifications:Previous experience Fleet management in a facility management or maintenance company Vehicle Maintenance & mechanical experienceRTA registration and branding guidelines experienceUnderstanding Fleet Management systems & TrackingStrong leadership and problem-solving skills.
