Job Description

Realiste is seeking candidates with experience in financial management to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to streamline collaboration with real estate developers and obtain funds from financial instituions.About the company:Realiste AI is an innovative leader in the real estate investment sector, currently occupying a unique position globally. Our one-of-a-kind product drives our rapid growth, making us akin to the Google of real estate investments.The Realiste platform facilitates seamless investments in real estate by private and institutional investors across various global cities. Leveraging advanced AI algorithms, it curates and ranks investment opportunities based on factors such as projected ROI, growth forecasts, infrastructure trends, and future market dynamics.Realiste AI offers a wide selection of real estate properties exclusively from institutional sellers including developers, banks, funds, and companies. The companys current focus lies primarily on residential properties, with a strong emphasis on new developments due to their suitability for online transactions.The company was founded in the UAE and is currently expanding into new markets. The platform already has real estate data from over 110 cities worldwide, and this number is set to increase rapidly in the near future!Responsibilities:

  1. Obtaining financial loans from banks/funds.
  2. Work with developers to shorten timelines and earn Realiste commissions for closed deals (document management, personal meetings with developers, etc.).
  3. Reduce overdue accounts receivable (1 week or more) to 5% of the total accounts receivable volume from developers in the UAE.
Job Conditions:
  1. 10,000 AED compensation
  2. Further career development prospects based on financial results and KPIs.
  3. Probation period - 1 month.
  4. Location - Dubai.
  5. After 6 months of successful work in the team - possibility of stock options in the company for the best IT real estate investment platform.
