Bachelor?s degree in accounting, finance, or related field? 5+ years of experience working within a Finance function in UAE.? Strong computer application skills, including proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) or advanced knowledge of spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel) for financial analysis, modeling etc.? Knowledge of financial systems and technology platforms used in the industry (e.g., ERP systems, financial planning software) and the ability to leverage technology for process improvements and automation.? Excellent communication & Managerial skills.Job Responsibilities:? Management and supervision of the Group?s Finance & Accounting function? Responsible for the full spectrum of finance and management accounting of the group and its subsidiaries which includes but not limited to strategic planning, forecasting and budgeting, timely preparation and submission of management & statutory accounts, year-end audits, corporate & tax compliance, risk management & internal controls.? Timely closing of Books as per corporate deadlines and in line with company policies and International Financial standards? Prepare and manage Cash Flows required for the short and long-term financial objectives of the Company.? Preparing business activity reports, financial statements, and forecasts.? Understand and calculate the risks involved in the financial activities of the organization and internal control risks.? Provide required assistance in implementation of new financial systems, interfaces, and/or system improvement as well as similar initiatives.
