To be shortlisted for this exciting and challenging directorship position it is essential that you have exposure to the services industry, specifically construction, engineering and / or design as opposed to financial acumen within products. You will possess additional financial qualifications, alongside your bachelors degree and be an exceptionally dynamic and motivated individual. Already in a Financial Controller or Director position, the ideal candidate will be looking to further develop their career with a business partnering focus. It is therefore essential that you are capable of engaging a Senior Leadership team and providing a highly detailed financial analysis of several projects and the business at any one time. You will have a firm commercial understanding and a grasp of the actuals at a moments notice.This is a highly stable and very well-regarded firm with a strong team ethos.
