Finance Director - Real Estate DevelopmentJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:?Develop and implement financial strategies to support the companys growth objectives.?Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to support business decisions and strategic planning.?Manage and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and tax compliance.?Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.?Monitor and manage cash flows to ensure adequate liquidity.?Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports to senior management and board of directors.?Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and initiatives.?Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial service providers.?Lead, manage, and develop the finance team.Qualifications and Skills:?Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in the UAE Real-Estate industry out of which minimum 7 years should be in a lead capacity?Experience in Feasibility Studies, Business Planning, Financial Modelling and Valuation is preferred.?Strong Experience in Financial Control, Planning, Budgeting, Analysis & Real-estate Development is must.?Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA is a plus.?Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
