To be shortlisted for this exciting and challenging directorship position it is essential that you have exposure to the services industry as opposed to financial acumen within products. There is also a strong preference for those from an engineering or construction background. You will possess additional financial qualifications, alongside your bachelors degree and be an exceptionally dynamic and motivated individual. Already in a Financial Controller or Director position, the ideal candidate will be looking to further develop their career with a business partnering focus. It is therefore essential that you are capable of engaging a Senior Leadership team and providing a highly detailed financial analysis of several projects and the business at any one time, obtaining a firm grasp of the actuals at a moments notice.
