Job Description

Job Summary:The Executive Assistant to the CEO of JMR Group of Companies - JMR Infotech, Credeze, and JMR Sporting; will provide administrative support to the CEO and ensure the smooth running of the office. This individual will act as the CEOs right-hand person and manage their schedule, communicate with stakeholders, and handle confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.Work mode- Hybrid or remote Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO by managing their schedule, email, and correspondence/Visa process foe CEO Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, handling confidential information with discretion. Effectively manage incoming calls, and emails, prioritizing and escalating as necessary. Draft business correspondence based on inputs (oral, text, email, etc.) from the CEO. Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for internal and external meetings. Publish meeting minutes to all participants. Track and follow up on agreed actions with all stakeholders until completion. Plan, coordinate, and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for the CEO. Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for all meetings and reviews by collating reports from various Business Units and presenting a synopsis. Manage the CEOs travel schedules by arranging visas, tickets, and reservations as necessary. Liaison with government departments. Maintain records of Annual contracts like insurance, rent, office maintenance, etc. related to the CEO?s office. Maintain accurate office records, filing, and maintain the confidentiality of all information flowing through the CEOs office. Assist with expense tracking and currency/time conversion. Meeting and greeting visitors and organizing internal and external meetings. Plan and procure small value gifts for business acquaintances, clients, and others as needed.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Taking care of all the travel, appointment, and routine tasks pertaining to the team members and management.
  • Utilizing digital solutions to create routine reports, documents, and files as per the companys requirements.
  • Assisting the team in meetings by compiling relevant and critical information in the form of a well-written document.
  • Evaluating in-house reports and communicating the same with relevant personnel.
