Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide full support for the Chairman on a variety of tasks and different project as when required;
  2. Provide administrativeassistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos and preparing communications on the Chairman?s behalf;
  3. Make travel, airlines, visa and hotel arrangements;
  4. Manage the Chairman?s calendar, maintain diary arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders;
  5. Produce documents, briefings, reports & presentations;
  6. Deal with incoming emails and correspond in behalf of the Chairman if required;
  7. Maintains confidentiality and uses a high degree of discretion;
  8. Take instructions through flexible communication channels including Whatsapp;
  9. Research and purchase items as requested;
  10. To do sourcing for projects/tenders and products when needed;
  11. Act as a liaisonbetween the management and other senior executives or corporate officers.
