Events Operations Manager - This role requires a highly technical candidate who can identify, evaluate and source for technical requirements needed to operate an event. From understanding audio/video setups needed to operate a concert, to understanding structures setup requirements, to understanding logistical and operations requirements, this candidate will be the one responsible for executing all the events planned in the best and most safest way while coordinating with suppliers and the team. The candidate will also be responsible for sourcing of suppliers that would best deliver such technical and operational tasks.Events Manager - We are looking for a candidate who has been involved in events and activations that are promotional and/or commercial. Events that involve suppliers sourcing and management, action planning, team allocation and management, crowd management planning, procurement of resources, suppliers and teams briefings. The candidate should have a solid background on events management that will enable him/her to manage the events that we deliver at Global Village from small scale activations on site such as setting up a photo booth, to large scale events such as concerts and national day celebrations across the park. We will have agencies who are delivering these events and activations but it will be the role of this candidate to make sure delivery is done with the best quality and best image. So, in summary, we are looking for a Project Manager who is specialized in Events.
