EXPERIENCE (ROLE REQUIREMENTS):- Graduated with a University degree, Bachelor/Master in Business Administration / IT or other disciplines - Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar field. - A working understanding of SAP solutions or an ability to learn and deliver this information quickly. - A desire to interact and deliver key messages to customers and visitors. - Orchestrate meeting preparations and speaker rehearsals as well as staged events. - Ability to deal with a diverse audience at all levels with a friendly and helpful attitude. - Excellent communication and team player skills to help colleagues in all areas is a must. - Coordinate site-specific tours and offerings to enhance in house content. - Manage end-to-end logistics to ensure a seamless experience as well as carry out all administrative requirements. - Provide a high-level SAP story as part of the welcome experience. - Ensure all reports and communications of events are delivered to all appropriate audiences - A deep interest in promoting our space and events on social media. - Not all candidates require but an added advantages are desktop editing and film/photography skills.
