We are seeking a consultant with strong fee performance on either a commercial or technical desk, who is able to balance candidate sourcing and management of multiple job pipelines. You will be inquisitive and interested in learning about the UAE culture. Emirati culture is very strong on trust and relationship building, so we are looking for a recruiter who really enjoys meeting people and building relationships over time. High emotional intelligence, influence and persuasion skills will be key.
