We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Specialist /Consultant Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team. As a Specialist Emergency Medicine Physician you will play a critical role in providing urgent and life-saving care to patients in emergency situations.In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and managing a wide range of medical emergencies, including trauma cases, cardiac events, and acute illnesses. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure timely and effective patient care. Your expertise, leadership, and patient-centered approach will be essential in providing exceptional emergency medical services.ResponsibilitiesTriage and prioritize patients based on the severity of their conditionConduct comprehensive physical examinations and obtain patient historiesOrder and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studiesStabilize critically ill or injured patients and provide necessary interventionsAdminister medications, fluids, and other treatments as appropriateCollaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient careCommunicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team membersMaintain accurate and detailed medical recordsStay updated on the latest advancements and guidelines in emergency medicine through continuous learning and professional developmentRequirements:Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Specialist Emergency Medicine PhysicianCompletion of a recognized residency program in Emergency MedicineProven experience in diagnosing and managing diverse and complex medical emergenciesIn-depth knowledge of emergency medicine protocols, procedures, and best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team membersAbility to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situationsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases concurrentlyDemonstrated ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team environmentValid certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)Benefits:Private Health InsuranceTraining & DevelopmentPerformance BonusJob Type: Full-timePay: AED45,000.00 - AED55,000.00 per month
