Employment: Full Time A truly unique opportunity to join a fast-growing SME Consumer Products business based in Dubai who are embracing the recent change in consumer behavior and building a D2C channel, for which they need an eCommerce & Digital Marketing Manager to take the lead on.This individual will be responsible for the daily running of both the companys own Shopify site as well as the relationship with Amazon and for growing the business in line with company revenue objectives, over the next 3 years.Key responsibilitiesResponsible for the day to day trading of the Shopify siteSelect inventory suitable for online sale and upload to relevant platformsCollaborate with the warehouse and ops team to ensure optimum stock levels are maintainedDefine full marketing strategy, executing and optimising campaigns to achieve strong ROI across both company website and Amazon channelsDefine online KPIs and provide weekly and monthly trade summaries and reportsMonitor & optimise product pricing to achieve balance of growth and profitabilityTest and maintain optimum UX for the company Shopify siteDevelop roadmap for feature development of site and UX REQUIREMENTS: Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience of ecommerce management and digital marketing to drive growth, within an SME Consumer Products businessDemonstrable success of defining, executing and monitoring digital marketing campaignsStrong technical understanding of how ecommerce websites operate and functionProven track record in effectively managing Amazon marketing toolsString analytical and numerical skills with meticulous attention to detailGood experience of web analytics tools to interrogate KPIsEntrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to take ownership of all aspects of the eCommerce
