Principal AccountabilitiesExecutive Support to CEO:
Assists the CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
Assist in preparing Business Presentation with innovative approach
Ability to interact with various cross functional teams on behalf of CEO on various subjects.
Taking Minutes of the Meeting and circulation/follow up
Ability to extract Business reports, if needed from ERP/other platforms with due training
Communicates with the staff on the CEOs behalf and coordinates logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally.
Maintains confidential files and contact information, coordinates meetings, conferences, and committees both on and off site to support the CEOs agenda Assists in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings. Prepares an account of the meetings and designates and follows up on assigned action items.
Prepare correspondences, reports, and materials for publications and presentations. Drafts, letters preparation and coordinates oral and written communication with internal as well as external clients.
Hands on knowledge on MS Office - Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Any presentation tools
Administrative:
The executive assistant requires to arrange logistics for visitors, coordinate conference calls, transcribe notes and type correspondence.
Other Duties as assigned.
Office management: overall in charge of the Dubai office daily admin co-reporting to Group CFO
