Job Description

Hensley & Cook is looking for a Russian speaking for its international team in the Dubai office : Job Title : Document Controller Specialist (Russian Speaker)

  • The new member must be fluent in English and Russian, will be responsible for the document management of companies.
  • Will be responsible for filing all documents properly and also maintaining documents digitally in server and CRM as per company standards.
  • Will be responsible for the co-ordination with authorities and third parties for collection of various documents, legalizing , attestation as required by the project.
  • The new member will report directly to the Manager and also co-ordinates with other departments for documentation.
  • The candidate is expected to have worked client service provider, has to be eager to continuously learn to development their skills.
