ProfileEducation?Bachelors or Master?s Degree in Human Resources, Education, Organisational Development, Coaching or a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience. Experience within hospitality advantageous.Experience, Technical Skills & Knowledge?Significant progressive work-related experience in managing and direct the development and delivery of learning or organisation development programs in a multi-unit organisation?Broad understanding of people strategy, including the drivers of organisation effectivenes and the links to talent management & learning?Demonstrated experience in the use of learning analytics to drive strategic insight and support effective decision making?Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skill including strong facilitation skills and ability to communicate information to groups in a clear and concise manner?Demonstrated teamwork and interpersonal skills including ability to coach and deliver feedback in a constructive manner to remote teams?Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills?Demonstrated consulting skills for the purpose of advising L&D teams, vendors and consultants?Demonstrated project management expertise in organising, planning and executing large scale project from conception through to implementation?Demonstrated proficiency in designing and delivering effective learning programs to multi cultural, multi-level audiences?Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of learning design principles and practices, and adult learning theory?Ideally with multiple country experience in Middle East & Central Asia?Ideally knowledge of KSA & Arabic speaker?Experience of pre-openings is paramount?Minimum 10 years? experience in a DL&D & TM role in mega clusters/regional role?If has Americas/APAC experience desirable?Strong Talent Management background ? understands Performance/Potential + Talent Review process?Instructional Design Experience of learning design from scratch?Has a hotel operational background?Happy to travel +75% of timeCompetencies?Highly developed oral and written communication skills?Self-motivated and creative?Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously?Demonstrated ability of influencing senior stakeholders?Prepared to travel regularly within the region?Open minded and willing to share ideas and learning with peers?Demonstrates drive and determination to achieve results in an organized manner, with strong attention for detail?Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees?Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures
