The Director role will require an experienced professional, from a leading GCC Commercial Real Estate Developer, combined with a demonstrable track record and aptitude within Project Development and Delivery, across a varied Real Estate portfolio.The successful candidate will hold exceptional management skills that will see them effectively communicate with all key internal departments and external consultants and contractors.All applicants will be required to demonstrate a minimum of 15 yeas professional experience, with an extensive knowledge of the GCC / UAE Commercial Real Estate market, its guidelines and regulations, and the challenges it entails.
