The companys product range contains a host of different accessories, from vehicle specific applications to a range of accessories which are suitable no matter what vehicle you own.Job Role:-Resolves customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media-Greets customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling-Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed-Opens customer accounts by recording account information-Maintains customer records by updating account information-Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint, determining the cause of the problem-Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution REQUIREMENTS: REQUIREMENTS:-Male/ Female, 25-40 years old-Bachelors degree in any relevant field-Any Arabic Nationality-At least 2 years of relevant experience; experience working in car parts is an advantage-Candidates from Aftersales type background is a plus-Available immediately or after 1-month notice will be considered-Excellent communication skills
