Customer Service Manager ? Supply Chain for one of our client based in Dubai, UAEKey responsibilities:?Responsible for the dispatch/documentation to a wide range of customers.?Point of contact between Finance, Sales, Marketing, Planning, and Q.C. departments for a cohesive flow of orders?Ensure Delivery of orders by complying with the export country requirements such as Inspection, Certificate of Conformity, BSC certificate, CNCA certificate, and container/truck placement in coordination with shipping lines/ agent and warehouse.?Liaising with banks to ensure the LC documents.Requirements:?Education: MBA / Graduate with additional qualification in Logistics.?Experience: 8-10 yrs in ?Customer Service? to support logistics and order management.?Good team player and leader.?Excellent in relationship management.?Must have worked for Food manufacturer and distributor.Benefits:?Competitive Salary as current market?Other employee benefits as per law
