Job Description

Customer Service ExecutiveJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their pricing and service needs are met.•Prepare and provide accurate pricing quotations for freight, cargo, and logistics services.•Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to ensure competitive pricing strategies.•Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing detailed information and solutions.•Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, procurement, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.•Handle customer complaints and issues, providing resolutions in a timely and efficient manner.•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, trends, and best practices.•Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to pricing and customer service performance.•Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.Job Requirements:•3 - 5 years of relevant experience in freight, cargo, or logistics, with a focus on pricing and customer service.•Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).•Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
