Employment: Full Time - Lead the department, manage and motivate the representatives to ensure a high standard of service.- Be an expert on the company policy and system.- Manage customer and other external inquiries.- Impose the the internal company and compliance policy, daily monitoring of online non-complaint pages and material and report.- Maintain a consistent focus on quality improvement in all areas of work and implement best practice.- Update the concerned trackers and documents for management review.- Communicate with the US management team. REQUIREMENTS: - Fluent in Arabic and English.- Proactive, flexible, patient and a team player with can do attitude.- Service minded with strong communication skills.- Prior experience as Customer Service Manager is a must.
