Job Title: CRM Manager - Real Estate DevelopmentLocation: UAEJob Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused CRM Manager to lead our customer relationship management efforts within the real estate development sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing CRM strategies to enhance client engagement, satisfaction, and retention throughout the real estate development lifecycle.Location: DubaiSalary: 5,000-7,000AEDKey Responsibilities:•Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies tailored to the real estate development sector. Define objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and action plans to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.•Manage and enhance relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders. Develop and maintain a customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.•Create and execute client engagement initiatives, including marketing campaigns, events, and personalized communications. Enhance client interactions through targeted outreach and relationship-building activities.•Analyze CRM data to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare regular reports on CRM performance, including customer feedback, engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness.•Work closely with sales, marketing, and development teams to ensure alignment of CRM activities with overall business goals. Provide insights and recommendations based on customer data to support strategic decision-making.•Oversee the implementation and maintenance of CRM systems and tools. Ensure that CRM technology is effectively utilized and integrated with other business systems.•Implement mechanisms for collecting and analyzing customer feedback. Address client issues and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.•Continuously evaluate and improve CRM processes and practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM.Qualifications:•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in CRM or data analytics are a plus.•Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in CRM management, preferably within the real estate development sector. Proven track record of implementing successful CRM strategies and managing customer relationships.•Strong understanding of CRM systems and tools, data analysis, and customer engagement strategies. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.•Familiarity with UAE real estate market dynamics, customer preferences, and regulatory considerations.Additional Requirements:•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.•Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.•Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
