Professional Summary:Experienced CRM Administrator (Salesforce) and Business oriented analyst offering professional expertise in recording, harmonizing, interpreting and analysing data in fast-paced environment to help companies make better business decisions. Proficient in Excel, Visualization tools, using different databases, automation and SQL. Experienced in data wrangling and report generation.Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Developed tabs, custom objects, reports, analytic snapshots and dashboards.
  • Hands on experience in Salesforce.com configuration in creating custom objects, various types of custom fields, buttons, links, record types, custom formula fields, field dependencies, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes.
  • Customized Salesforce CRM for generating Web-to-leads, Web-to-cases and Email-to-case.
  • Worked on different environments i.e. sandbox and production.
  • Migrated data from traditional applications to salesforce using import wizard and data loader utility.

  • Landscape Analysis: Analyze Sales, Shares, Market Growth, Product Penetration, Distribution and Inventory Analysis for ASEAN markets across different channels.
  • Growth Analysis: Analyzing growth in distribution over time periods and studying market shares. Classify the categories across channels into Growing/Declining.
