? Prepare customer?s statement accounts at regular interval and liaise with customers to ensure they have updated information and aware of dues and updated credit limit.? Prepare monthly customer accounts reconciliations? Discuss and resolve credit limit issues and extension? Co-ordinate with Bank and Customers to ensure LC transaction is properly done ? mitigating any risk and ensuring collections through LC is done. Ensure LC records are accurately and timely updated in ERP? Managing all pricing concerns with the customer? Prepare sales report on a monthly basis and reconcile with accounts.? Prepare customer ageing and other financial reports required for internal and group reporting? Prepare credit notes and post appropriate accounting entries.? General Accounting in ERP as part of shared service operation.? Validating & processing the rebate claims from the customer.? Booking of invoices related to sales order processing and Portal reconciliation and schedules? Voucher printing and filing/ archiving collectionRequirementsQualification? Bachelor Degree in CommerceExperience? 2-4 years of experience in handling accounts and credit controls preferable in an MNC.? Previous experience of working in a shared service function would be an added advantage.Skills:? The person should possess Technical skill on Accounting, Analytical skills & excellent knowledge of spread sheets. Management skills are also essential.
