Job Description

  • Identify internal and external training needs
  • Conducting evaluations and training needs analyses to identify areas of improvement
  • Developing state of the art training materials and programs
  • Creating and delivering training sessions (softskills as well as knowledgetransfer) for Professional Partners and internal staff
  • Maintaining a database of training materials
  • Keeping up to date with any changes to processes, procedures, laws, and regulations
śRequirements
  • Thorough understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
  • 3+ years of experience as a corporate trainer
  • Ability to network and build relationships with professional partners, clients and internal staff
  • Industry knowledge is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office; E-Learning software is a plus
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms
  • Valid UAE drivers license and vehicle are advantageous
