Plan and implement the overall retail strategy. Responsible for P&L and expansion of Retail Division overseeing all back-office operations. Oversee and build sales budgets, projections costs and overheads. Maintain and achieve departmental KPIs by managing teams Sales & Marketing, IT, Buying, Accounting, Supply Chain and any other future functions under retail. Create an enjoyable customer experience which exceeds customary standards and service levels along with seamless customer journey. Develop and understand competitive solutions with Market Intelligence and Marketing team.
