What youll need to succeed:- You are extremely interested in the future of retail and innovation, and are familiar with web3 (blockchain, NFTs, crypto, metaverse).- You have a bias for action. You can spot opportunities pro-actively and dont need constant hand-holding to get work done. You care about output as much as we do.- You are a natural project management talent: you care about bringing complex projects with lots of different stakeholders to a successful end.- You like to research and trendwatch, prepare your findings in an appealing and clear presentation.- You have good communication skills.- The ideal candidate knows how to set up lean experiments with low/no-code tools.- Language requirement: English is a must.
