Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements within the organization. ? Collaborate with department managers and stakeholders to determine specific training objectives and desired outcomes ? Design, develop, and update training programs and materials to meet organizational training needs using various instructional design methodologies and techniques to create engaging and effective training content. ? Deliver training programs effectively to diverse audiences, both in-person and through virtual platforms. ? Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, assessments, and participant feedback. ? Gather and analyze training metrics to measure the impact and ROI of training initiatives. ? Preparation of reports for Daily/Monthly reconciliation to ensure accurate information is provided to support appropriate management decisions. ? Manage the organizations Learning Management System (LMS), including course creation, content uploading, and user management. ? Monitor and track learner progress, generate reports, and analyze data to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
