The success candidate should have demonstrated experience in Speaker Management, Market Research and Programme Development within a similar role. Additionally, the candidate should be creative, charismatic with excellent interpersonal and time-management skills.Due to the role requirements the candidate needs to be fluent in English both verbally and written, fluent French would be highly advantageous. Minimum of 2-3 years in similar position preferred. Given the nature of the role, travel will be required in line with business needs, therefore experience in the North and East African regions would be highly regarded.
