We are working closely with their Middle East office to find them a compensations & benefits specialist who knows not only this region but who has also had exposure to the African market which is an area of rapid growth. REQUIREMENTS: As an individual you will have a truly governance oriented mindset and thoroughly understand the expat compensation structures in both the Middle East and Africa. You will be an Excel whiz and super savvy with numbers.Reporting into a dynamic leader in the HR space, you will need to have the gravitas to partner with senior stakeholders along with the conviction in your knowledge to communicate clearly and transparently; you will have superb presentation skills and the ability to work cohesively in a team as well as independently.This is a fast paced environment with an exceptionally friendly and professional team. Knowledge of senior level compensation would be a distinct advantage as would the overall knowledge of the market.
