Job Description

The Community Executive for Owners Association in Dubai plays a pivotal role in managing and enhancing community living experiences within residential developments. This position involves working closely with property owners, residents, and various stakeholders to ensure that community standards are upheld and that residents enjoy a high quality of life. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for community engagement.Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the daily operations of the Owners Association, ensuring compliance with community rules and regulations.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for residents and property owners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  3. Facilitate community meetings and events to foster resident engagement and collaboration.
  4. Develop and implement community improvement initiatives to enhance the living environment.
  5. Prepare and manage budgets for community projects and maintenance activities.
  6. Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
  7. Monitor and report on community maintenance and repair needs.
  8. Ensure effective communication of community updates, policies, and events through newsletters and digital platforms.
  9. Conduct regular inspections of community facilities and common areas.
  10. Assist in the enforcement of community rules and regulations, mediating disputes when necessary.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  2. Proven experience in property management or community engagement with M100 certification.
  3. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.
  4. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  6. Proficient in using property management software and digital communication tools.
  7. Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
  8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  9. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  10. Passionate about creating vibrant and inclusive communities.
