Commercial Real Estate directorJob Location : DubaiPurpose of this Role:?Own and maximise current commercial opportunities within the business?Utilize and further build your network of clients and owners?Build and manage a portfolio of commercial properties for sale and rent.?Hire commercial specialist brokers to support the growth of the department?To progress commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.?Define and Implement business development and promotional strategies to increase clientele.?Stay updated on Real Estates marketing and branding industry trends to maintain competitiveness.?Create monthly management reports on sales and marketing activities.Requirements:?Experience as a Commercial Real Estate Director or senior Broker.?Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients.?Excellent organizational and leadership skills.?Well-developed communication and relationship-building skills.?A high level of personal responsibility, honesty, and empathy.?Goal-oriented with a focus on personal development.?Ability to bounce back from rejection and solve problems creatively.?Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market.?Valid UAE driving license.
