Employment: Full Time Coffee Shop Manager up to 10k Aed for a Pre-Opening Specialty Coffee Shop in Dubai, UAEResponsible for managing the day-to-day store operations, maintaining high store standards and conditions, and fostering a positive environment, which provides consistently fast, efficient, and friendly service ensuring a Total Quality Experience for both customers and team membersEnsures that all team members are educated on products and services, by developing an understanding of various types of coffee, tea products, blends and roasts, as well as knowledge of coffee and tea regions, and the differences in flavor and blendsHire, train and guide store employees in delivering excellent customer serviceAssign rules and responsibilities to employees for operational effectivenessDevelop action plans for the team to meet operational and organizational objectivesEnsure that store is maintained according to sanitation and cleaning standardsObtain customer feedback and make appropriate business developments or changes to meet customer needsMonitor and manage store staffs by regularly conducting performance assessments, providing feedback, and setting challenging goals to improve operational performanceDevelop strategic and operational plans for managing execution and measuring results of storeSchedule regular meetings to discuss business development opportunities and any issuesCommunicate clearly with all employees to ensure effective store operations REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree or Diploma holder in relevant fieldMinimum of 5 years experience as a Coffee Shop Manager in the UAEPre-opening experience is a mustExcellent communication and leadership skillCustomer management skills and strong organizational skillsProficient with software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, OutlookWell-organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-taskMust have effective problem solving/decision-making abilities
