Position Title:Client Renewal AdvisorEmployment Type:Full timeSalary:up to 7,000 AED full package depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location:Dubai, UAEAbout the client:The hiring company is a prominent Business Set Up consultancy in Dubai handling all type of licenses for businesses in the region.Job Role:Follow up with existing clients and updating the systemEducating clients with information related to amendments, activities, eligibilities, free zones rules, terms and conditionsFollow up all renewal clients by phone call and emailsMaintain a positive relationship with the Channel PartnersAchieve monthly renewal targetsIn-dept product knowledge and market informationProvide monthly reportsInterdepartmental smooth coordinationActively participate in delivering excellent sales/customer service to the clientsMaintaining high conversion ratesProviding straight forward, transparent, and accurate information related to the requirements of the clientPrepare reports as required and/or requested by the line managerRequirements:Open to Any nationalityBachelors degree in any relevant fieldMale, 35 years old and belowMinimum 3 years of experience in Sales and Customer ServiceMust have background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plusProficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platformExcellent English communication skills
