Our ultra luxury interior design and build company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Engagement Executive to join our team. The role of the Client Engagement Executive involves sales and account management of high-end residential projects, with a focus on building long-term relationships with our clients. Responsibilities: Lead generation and proactive outreach to potential clients Maintaining and cultivating relationships with existing clients Identifying and proposing creative solutions to client needs Providing in-depth presentations and proposals for clients Negotiating and closing deals Executing projects, ensuring that work meets or exceeds customer expectations Continuously collaborate with the internal teams (design, construction, delivery) on project scoping and delivery timelines Actively engaging with the interior design/architecture/construction industry through networking and professional organizations
