Civil EngineerJob Location : UAEDuties :?Guide the client & contractor for the execution of project management plan, communicates the plan to the team members.?Oversees the implementation of the project objectives and report to respective managers with reports.?Responsible for management and review process of the design proposals, work program, material submittals, method statements, shop drawings, payments, variation orders and claims etc.?Manage the site supervision during construction & ensuring the works are being carried out according to the contract specifications.?Ensure monitoring of the quality of materials and workmanships installed, operated and maintained.?Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.?Must have leadership qualities?Supervise, review, monitor and report on construction progress challenges to the contractors efficiency and resource levels to ensure timeline are metRequirement:?Minimum 10 years of experience required?Must be eager to work on contractual basis?Good communication skills?Computer literacy?must have good knowledge and experience in execution of construction activities?UAE driving license holder
