We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our expansion efforts in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and a strategic mindset to enhance the company?s market presence.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business development strategies to attract new clients and investors.Identify potential business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances in the real estate industry.- Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, landlords, investors, and corporate clients.- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.- Lead sales and marketing initiatives to promote company services and properties.- Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company.- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure smooth transaction processes.- Represent the company at industry events, networking meetings, and business forums to expand the brand?s presence.- Monitor sales performance and provide reports on business growth, key metrics, and revenue forecasts.
