Employment: Full Time Chief Engineer for a Luxury Five Star Hotel in DubaiJOB DESCRIPTION:-Supervise and direct the activities of the Resident Engineer/Maintenance Managers-Monitor engineering activities to ensure adherence to establishes policies, operating procedures and standards-Prepare comprehensive budgets and forecast to ensure the efficient and cost effective operation of the department-Supervise, develop and maintain an ongoing maintenance operation for hotel, including refrigeration, heating, plumbing, water treatment, preventive maintenance, hotel rooms and etc. -Submit a comprehensive monthly report to the General Manager-On an ongoing and regular basis, inspects and evaluates physical condition of entire hotel asset, including all guestrooms, public areas, pool area; completes and retains inspection reports-Ensure to deliver the highest quality products and service to meet high volumes and individual client requirements-Ensure optimum use of facilities-Promote the values, hallmarks and guiding principles of the company-Partake in occupational health and safety initiatives and forms as a part of the SBUs occupational health and safety committee-Ensure adherence to the external communication guidelines and the company ethics.Position: Chief EngineerHIRING COMPANY: Five-Star HotelWORK LOCATION: Dubai, UAEAVAILABILITY: Immediately available (1-month max)EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full time REQUIREMENTS: CANDIDATE PROFILE:-Open to ANY nationality-Male/Female, 45 years old and belowQUALIFICATIONS:-Bachelors degree in Engineering or any related course-Minimum 10 years of total working experience with 5 years in Managerial/Supervisory role-UAE working experience is must-Detail-oriented and with strong supervisory and managerial skills-Has a sound understanding of engineering principles
