Chef De Partie - PastryJob Location : UAE:?Always come to work on time & with a clean uniform?Ensure that proper preparation procedures have been completed?Prepare the cooking areas for the shift?Maintain the highest level of pastry quality?Communicate with coworkers, cashiers, dispatchers & management?In charge of counting and recording end of month inventory on a monthly basis?Account for every food item used?Maintain a clean, safe & organized pastry section?Follow all health and safety regulations?Follow all restaurants regulations?Control and limit waste?Communicate problems & ideas to management?Maintain all pastry equipment & utensils?Assist the storekeeper in the ordering & receiving of stocks & supplies?Follow proper rotation procedures (FIFO)?Follow the recipes to meet the restaurants standards?Be a team player-support and assist your fellow team members whenever possible?Follow outlined production & service items SOPs?Responsible to teach / train the rest of the team on proper practices & methods
