Job Description

Our client, a prominent name in landscaping design & construction is looking to hire a Camp Boss for their office based in Dubai.Job Responsibilities:

  • Management of the Labour accommodation (600 employees), proficient with ERP system
  • Overseeing labor camps, maintenance etc.
  • Overseeing Employee Grievance, Maintenance, Cooking/ Food Distribution & Security personnel.
  • Oversee Health & Welfare of Employees
  • Perform routine spot checks in line with the HR policy and procedure
  • Coordinate Resource Distribution in line with Project Requirements
  • Coordinate Health Emergencies and incidents with HR, HSE & Legal Authorities
Education: Any Bachelor`s Degree / HR preferredExperience: 5-6 yearsLanguages: Hindi/ UrduSalary: AED 5000 - 6000Working Hours: 8-9 years flexible hours / 1 weekly offJob Location: Dubai
