Employment: Full Time Responsible for operational activities in the camp and ensuring the daily good management of the locationEffective cleaning of entire camp and premises in accordance with the food hygiene and safety rulesProvide relevant daily, weekly, and monthly reports appropriatelyEnsure general discipline in campMonitor the PPM and breakdown pertaining to / HVACKeep a record of administrative documents, forms in accordance with the municipality, local administration, and company requirementsManage effectively the staff working at campSupervise and train the camp staff to be in line with the rules of HSE, food hygiene, and safety, DHA / DM etc.Responsible for ensuring a minimum stock/quantity of materials required for the day to day operation of camp and cleaning itemsEnsure that housekeeping of the accommodation is being carried out in line with the required standards of the local bodies/authoritiesCarry out regular inspection of the accommodation, common areas, dining area, stores (dry and cold rooms) in order to ensure that the required standards are metEnsure tight security within the camp and premises with the help of security officersAllocation and appropriate reallocation of rooms/bed spaces REQUIREMENTS: Open to ANY nationality, preferably IndianMale, 50 years old and belowEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Bachelors degree in Business Administration or any relevant fieldAt least 3 years of working experience on the same roleKnowledgeable in administrative and clerical procedures and systemBasic knowledge of tackling various emergency situations including firefighting techniquesProficient in MS Office applicationsAble to work independentlyGood communication skills
