Employment: Full Time Transguard Group is currently recruiting for a Call Center Agent for its Manpower and Mobilization division. The successful candidate will be part of an exciting team, influencing existing and potential customers to avail the services provided by Transguard. Overall goal is to promote business growth by expanding the companys B2C market share. The role requires an extremely sales focused, motivated individual who is driven by results. They must be able to demonstrate an attitude of going the extra mile to achieve agreed targets and be a team player. A competitive salary is offered with a monthly commission scheme.In this role, your responsibilities include the following;Cold calling prospective customers using a contact database to sell B2C services offered by TransguardResponding to incoming calls from prospective customers, upselling and/or cross-selling where possibleResponding to incoming calls against pre-agreed SLAsApplying sales methods and techniques that encourage the customer to purchase the servicesGaining full comprehension of Transguard services offerings, products and pricingManaging and maintaining the customer database CRM (Salesforce)Producing and submitting quotations with regular follow up until closedPerforming against a clear set of KPIs and sales targetsAchieve daily, weekly and monthly call targetsRoute inbound calls to the appropriate team members.
