Tybat Express is an onsite service provider for car battery and tyre in the UAE.We are looking for an enthusiastic Inbound Call Center Agent to join our team. List of Responsibilities:Fielding incoming calls and providing excellent customer service. Must be willing to learn and excel in over the phone sales practices.Clearly understand the customers request and be able to transmit it to the field teams in a proper & timely manner.Candidate Requirement:Must have a minimum previous experience in a similar role of 3 years.Must have a high-school diploma or equivalent.Proficiency in English is a must and Arabic is an optional plus.Have good knowledge of most of the car brands and models.Be able to sell a product to the customers.Good computer skills.
